A $1000.00 deposit is required to secure date and time, half is due upon execution of this agreement and the other half is due 30 days later, $500.00 of the deposit will be applied to your facility fee 4 months prior to your event and $500.00 of the deposit will be returned if the event takes place and there are no damages to the facility. You should receive the deposit refund within a month of you event. All fees for the facility are due 4 months prior to your event and all catering fees are due 2 months prior to your event. The rehearsal time given to you by Mountain View Gardens and Ballroom is strictly enforced; in the event you are here longer a $50.00 fee for every half hour may be deducted from your deposit.

The facility fees include the following:
